The details people ask us most before their first gathering.

How do I book a place at a Vital Edit event in Berlin?

Choose a gathering on this page and tap Join us. You enter your name and email, pick how many places you need, and pay by card in the same step. Your confirmation email arrives straight away with the date, the full address and what to bring.

How much does a Vital Edit gathering cost?

Most gatherings are 35 euros per place, which covers the expert, the venue and healthy snacks and drinks. Some gatherings, such as our three-part series on phone addiction, are free. The price is always shown on the event before you pay.

Can I come on my own if I don't know anyone?

Yes, and most women do. Groups are deliberately small and each gathering starts with introductions and open conversation, so coming alone is the easiest way to meet people rather than the hardest.

Which topics do upcoming gatherings cover?

Current gatherings cover perimenopause and menopause, protecting your body after 35, the science of ageing, phone and dopamine addiction, career and life change, hormones, and relationships in midlife. Each event page explains the expert and the subject in detail.

Are men welcome at Vital Edit events?

Gatherings are built for women entering midlife, and most are women only. Where a subject affects everyone at home, such as our phone addiction series, men are explicitly invited, and the event page says so.

What happens if an event is sold out?

You can still sign up and you join the waitlist in order, so you are emailed as soon as a place frees up. Gift vouchers are another option: they are valid for 12 months, can be used on any gathering, and can be split across more than one.

How often do Vital Edit gatherings take place, and where?

We host roughly one gathering a month at boutique venues around Berlin, including Soho House Berlin and Mindful Life Berlin. Dates that are still being finalised show a month, and you can tap Notify me to be emailed the moment the date is set.
